Pip’s Cafe & Provisions: a convivial little spot where everyone is a regular

Located in the heart of Greenport on the North Fork of Long Island, Pip’s Café & Provisions is a neighborhood café known for scratch-made baked goods, specialty coffee, and thoughtful breakfast and lunch. We focus on quality ingredients, local sourcing whenever possible, and food made fresh daily.

Pip’s is the sister café to Silver Sands Motel, and the food and beverage program across both properties is helmed by Executive Chef Finn O’Hara, formerly of Michelin-starred The Four Horsemen in Brooklyn. His approach to cuisine mirrors the ethos of Silver Sands and Pip’s alike: thoughtful, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings. This shared culinary vision brings a level of refinement to a relaxed, everyday setting.

Each morning, our kitchen prepares croissants, donuts, danishes, cookies, and seasonal pastries from scratch. Our master baker, Kareem Donigan, leads the pastry and bread program at Pip’s Café with a focus on technique, quality ingredients, and consistency. Everything is baked fresh daily.

Our breakfast and lunch menu includes house-made sandwiches, soups, fresh salads, and daily specials crafted with real ingredients and no shortcuts. We proudly brew specialty coffee using Counter Culture Coffee beans, carefully prepared for a balanced and flavorful cup whether you’re ordering drip coffee, espresso, or iced coffee.
